Involvement Tools for Non-government Non-profit Organizations in the State Social Services Provision

The obligations for the social security of the population, which the Russian Federation as a social state has, must be fulfilled, therefore, non-state non-profit providers are increasingly important in meeting the needs of citizens for high-quality and personalized services. In this study, the author examined the process of transformation of the system for organizing the provision of services, analyzed the dynamics of development of the "Third" Sector, identified tools that influence the involvement of NPOs in working with budget services.
