In modern conditions of social development, in which a large volume of information processed daily, as well as constantly changing working and living conditions have become a common reality, a large number of employees are not able to independently cope with the level of stress and workload that they experience throughout their working hours. Moreover, working in a regime of high uncertainty and rapidly changing task conditions requires a person to be completely immersed in work processes in order to maintain high levels of labor productivity. As a result, cases of emotional burnout in the workplace or deteriorating health are becoming more frequent, which, in turn, leads to high staff turnover in the organization and a slowdown in the pace of its development. This is especially true for government institutions, where the specifics of the work of civil servants are associated with a high level of stress due to constant interaction with other people. That is why managers face the need not only to attract new specialists, but also to retain them on an ongoing basis, which can be successfully implemented with the help of an employee well-being program.
