This paper is dedicated to evaluate the influence of political views on political activity through elections and strive to detect institutions' quality effect. The study stresses the lack of knowledge problem whether democratic views impact political participation in different countries. The research seeks to determine the relationship between democratic beliefs and political engagement, and develop theoretical and methodological frameworks to measure variables such as democratic support and political participation via elections. The study employs statistical analysis to test the hypothesis that democratic supporters are more likely to participate in elections. The findings of this study can contribute to a better understanding of political participation and provide insights for governments to shape their political agenda. The essay also delves into the concept of different types of democracies as the main idea of the political system and its implications for citizen participation in the political process. Also, this paper will examine whether institutions' quality moderate political participation and if does we will look deeper. The role of various socio-economic factors and institutional frameworks in shaping political views and interactions within society is also discussed, with a focus on the World Value Survey (WVS) and European Value Study (EVS) joint dataset to investigate democratic views and political participation.
