The thesis on the topic "Evaluation of the effectiveness of state employment policy (on the example of the Ural Federal District)" is devoted to the study of the impact of state policy on the regional labor market. Statistical analysis methods were used in the study, and labor market tension coefficients were calculated. In the course of the analysis, barriers to effective public employment management were identified and methods for improving public policy in this area were developed.
