Increasing the Efficiency of Financial Control in Social Organizations

In the context of constant development and changes in the economic environment, financial control is becoming a key element of management for social organizations. The main purpose of financial control in these organizations is to ensure the effective and targeted use of financial resources in order to achieve social objectives and provide quality services to the population. In accordance with the structure of the work, the following will be considered: features of social sector organizations, forms of financing of social sector organizations, methods of providing social services, the mechanism of social ordering, challenges and problems of social organizations, the main problems of financial control in social sector organizations and ways to solve them, analysis of existing control methods and tools, research on the impact of improving control on efficiency activities, the register of budgetary risks for the organization of the social sphere, ways of introducing information technologies into financial control, the development of a system of control and audit of social sector organizations, the most effective and ineffective methods of personnel training and the development of competencies in the field of financial control in social sector organizations, proposals for optimizing processes and improving the quality of financial management in this area.
