In recent years, there has been an increasing interest among businesses in the logistics sector due to the ongoing globalization process, increased competition, and the rapid growth of online commerce. This trend has led to an increased complexity in supply chain management, necessitating continuous improvement in logistics processes. In the oil industry, the importance of logistics cannot be overstated, underscoring the relevance of this study. However, there has been a lack of attention paid to optimizing petroleum product distribution logistics, leaving a notable research gap in this area. The work was carried out in a scholarly manner. The study builds upon the fundamental works of both domestic and international scholars, as well as recent publications in the field of management, in order to achieve its goals. The aim of the research is to improve the efficiency of business processes within the secondary logistics operations of an oil company operating in Russia, with particular focus on fuel transportation to automobile fueling stations. To this end, a theoretical analysis of the company's operations was conducted in order to identify challenges and areas for improvement.Subsequently, a two-criteria linear programming transportation and warehouse problem was solved in order to optimize supplies in one of company G's operational regions. The research methodology included literature analysis, expert evaluations, examination of the company's logistics system, in-depth interviews, and PESTEL analysis. Special attention was paid to the process model analysis, and in the final stage, MATLAB was used to solve the optimization problem. The team completed its work with a set of recommendations for improving the efficiency of business processes in the secondary logistics of company "G".
