Educational Programme: Master of Finance (Master)

Year of Graduation: 2024

Currently, most enterprises are experiencing difficulties with attracting financing, due to the lack of their own funds, lack of a sufficient level of government support, high cost of financing, as well as fairly long average payback period for perspective investment projects so the problem of financing for the companies stays as one of the most significant one. In order to continue their further development, Russian companies need to think about solving two key tasks: firstly, to optimize sources of financing in order to be able to implement new investment projects, and secondly, to learn how to choose promising investment projects that can make a profit even in conditions of uncertainty and crisis. The experience of attracting financing in Western countries shows us that companies can effectively use not only traditional sources of financing, but also consider alternative options for attracting financing, which include mezzanine financing.
