Analysis of the Impact of Special Economic Zones and Large Businesses on the Investment Attractiveness of the Region (the Case of the Republic of Tatarstan)

The study conducted a comprehensive analysis of the current state of online education to identify key aspects of its development and its impact on the educational environment. The study analyzed fundamental concepts and approaches in this field, examined international experience, identified factors influencing the digital educational environment, and explored the regulatory aspects of transitioning to alternative education. An analysis of formats for home online learning was conducted, and data for regions for the period 2018-2022 were collected and analyzed. The history and characteristics of the "Open Education" platform were investigated, and a comparison with "HSE Online" was conducted. Based on the data, effective and ineffective tools of government policy in the field of online education were identified, and recommendations for its improvement were formulated.
