This paper presents the results of a study of the impact of corporate social policy indicators on the value of Russian public companies in the period from 2019 to 2021. As a result of analyzing the academic literature, five indicators were identified: corporate donations, average salaries of regular employees and middle managers, employee training costs, employee turnover, and gender balance in the personnel structure, i.e. the ratio of men and women. The impact of the above indicators on the value of Russian companies was assessed using a random-effects model. The results of the study showed that only average salaries and employee training costs have a positive and significant impact on the value of Russian companies. The impact of other indicators of corporate social policy is not significant.
