Topic: "Features of Interaction between the Bailiff-Enforcer and the Court within the Framework of Enforcement Proceedings." Keywords: bailiff-enforcer, judicial authorities, enforcement proceedings, challenging actions of the bailiff, sufficiency of bailiff's actions, arbitration process. The aim of the study is to analyze the features of interaction between the Bailiff-Enforcer and the Court within the framework of enforcement proceedings, as well as to develop recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of this interaction to ensure faster and more complete enforcement of court decisions and acts of other authorities. In accordance with the stated aim of the study, the following tasks were set: - Study the problems of the institution of enforcement proceedings in the Russian legal system: define the concept and principles of enforcement proceedings. - Investigate the mechanisms of interaction between the Bailiff-Enforcer and the Court within the framework of enforcement proceedings. - Analyze the features of interaction between the Bailiff-Enforcer and the Court in initiating and enforcing court acts. - Examine the mechanisms for challenging actions (inactions) of the Bailiff-Enforcer in court. - Identify problems with challenging actions (inactions) of the Bailiff-Enforcer in judicial proceedings and propose ways to resolve them. The author has formulated possible options for unifying the terminology used within the institution of enforcement proceedings, as well as suggests focusing on regulating the concept of sufficiency applicable to characterizing the activities of judicial bailiffs-enforcers. This would allow judicial authorities to give a reasoned assessment of the quality of their activities and subsequently more effectively consider disputes arising regarding the scope and relevance of actions taken by the judicial bailiff-enforcer aimed at enforcing enforcement documents.
