The "Ideal Mom" study: how society has made mothers responsible for everything" sets itself the task of studying the broad and complex question of the role of mothers in modern society. As mothers, women are under severe pressure from the expectations and stereotypes that society places on them. These expectations may vary depending on cultural, social and historical contexts. The aim of the study is to study these expectations, their impact on mothers and to find solutions to relieve psycho-emotional stress from women. The study will include an analysis of the social and historical context in which the image of the "ideal mother" was formed. This will allow us to understand what cultural and social factors influenced the creation of the ideal of motherhood, and what norms were established in the past, as well as how they have evolved to the present day. In addition, the study will focus on the psychological aspects that are associated with mothers being responsible for everything. B
