Factors of Involvement of Employees of Research Istitutes

The purpose of this graduate qualification work is to identify the factors of involvement of employees of research institutes. The work uses a mixed method of research, including quantitative and qualitative analysis of scientific research and regulatory and legal framework, as well as the results of conducted surveys of employees of the research institute. The practical significance of the thesis is due to the fact that the obtained data and formulated conclusions can serve as a foundation for further research on the involvement of employees of research institutes and the development of recommendations to ensure the conditions for the formation of involvement of employees of research organizations. The results of the research can be used to study the relationship of engagement of employees of research organizations, which will significantly improve the effectiveness of the relevant institutions. This paper consists of an introduction, 2 chapters, conclusion, reference list and appendix.
