Year of Graduation: 2024

The present work, formatted as a consulting project, focuses on developing an economic strategy for implementing an investment project in a distribution company. The company, a distributor of food products, has reached its operational peak with fully utilized rental spaces, leaving no room for sales volume increase despite existing demand. Building a larger terminal is one of the solutions for scaling the business. The investment project will address issues such as outdated equipment, control difficulties of remote branches, lack of centralized data storage, and process automation. The terms "Economic Strategy" and "Business Plan" are synonymous in this context, with particular attention being paid to defining an efficient launch sequence for the investment project. A business plan serves as a roadmap for the project execution. It also helps foresee potential challenges and identify risks and threats, with strategies for mitigation, thus allowing an assessment of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to develop an optimal business solution strategy. The investment project includes five functional zones. With limited resources, the company must determine the most effective sequence for initiating these zones compared to other launch scenarios.
