Design of a Program of Psychological Support for Employee Development at a Food Industry Enterprise

The structure of the thesis “Design of a program of psychological support for employee development at a food industry enterprise” includes: an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion, a list of references and an appendix. The first chapter examines the essence and approaches to the process of personnel development in an organization, highlights the goals and objectives of programs for drawing up individual development plans, and proposes methods for assessing the effectiveness of such programs. The second chapter is a step-by-step description of the process of psychological support for the development and implementation of a personnel development program at a commercial enterprise in the food industry. The stages of work include preparation for the program, interviews with program participants and their managers, assessment activities, analysis of assessment results, identification of focuses for development and coordination of final development plans with all participants in the process. The appendix provides examples of exercises for assessing the level of development of personal competencies (assessment center method). The relevance of this work lies in the fact that during its implementation a universal approach was developed, a methodology that can be used to implement similar personnel development programs in almost any company, regardless of the sector of the economy in which it operates.
