In today's rapidly changing business environment, the idea of business process re-engineering has gained significant importance as organizations seek to adapt and thrive in the evolving market dynamics. BPR involves fundamentally rethinking and redesigning business processes to achieve substantial improvements in productivity, efficiency and competitiveness in the market. This process is particularly important for advertising agencies, given the robust growth of the ad agency market in recent years. From $390.77 billion in 2023 to $410.82 billion in 2024, representing a compound annual growth rate of 5.1%. This thesis examines the framework of business process re-engineering as an effective tool for enterprise management using the case study of “Advertalyze”, an advertising agency located in St. Petersburg, Russia. The analysis involves moving from the current state ("As Is") to the desired state ("To Be") through strategic intervention in project, sales, and HR departments. Qualitative and quantitative research methods are used, including in-depth interviews with employees and the founder of the agency, and the creation of business process diagrams based on the analysis of the processes. The study outcomes offer detailed descriptions of the company's current processes, proposed improvements, a financial analysis of these solutions, and an optimized business process diagram. The study outcomes offer valuable insights into the potential benefits of business process re-engineering for “Advertalyze”, and highlight the importance of proactive BPR initiatives as a catalyst for organizational renewal and long-term success in today's competitive business landscape. Key words. Business process re-engineering (BPR), business process management (BPM), revenue and expenditure management, optimization of business processes, As Is - To Be Model, business process re-engineering framework.
