Production Development of the Projects "The Last Bet", "Ariadne", "Heart on Cappuccino", "Vain Far Away". Aspect of the Work of a Creative Producer

This final qualifying project is a comprehensive presentation of four creative production projects: "The Last Bet", "Ariadne", "Heart on Cappuccino", and "Vain Far Away", their proof-of-concepts that can be presented to industry representatives for further development, and, additionally, the portfolio that includes 12 feature films and television series in various genres and for different audiences. In the theoretical section, the characteristics of the drama and thriller genres are explored, modern Russian and Western television series of these genres were analyzed, and the aspects of producing television series were emphasized. This information has been used to develop the "Vain Far Away" project, which has benefited from this knowledge. The project note presents concepts for the following four projects: "The Last Bid", "Ariadne", "Heart on Cappuccino", and "Far Away". Each project is described in detail, including its genre, format, intended audience, theme, and production considerations. The role of the creative producer in developing these projects and his impact on key creative decisions is highlighted through specific aspects: ideas and scripts, characters and casting, visual image of characters, settings, color schemes, work of DOP, editing, and musical choices. Filmed proof-of-concept material for these four projects is also presented in the creative component.
