Optimization Methods on Stiefel Manifold for Hypergraph Clustering Problem

This paper studies existing iterative methods for clustering vertices of a hypergraph with an arbitrarily given number of clusters, approaching an optimization problem on a Stiefel manifold, and their application in downstream tasks such as image segmentation.
