Enterprize Project Management Maturity Based on Leadership Competence Model

This Master's thesis analyzes the process of increasing organizational maturity in project management at ООО "Kamsky Kabel" using a leadership competency development model. In the context of the modern business environment, where effective leadership development is crucial for a company's success and competitiveness, the research focuses on the role of leadership competencies among managers in fostering organizational competency. The study aims to assess the level of leadership competencies among employees at ООО "Kamsky Kabel" and their impact on increasing organizational competence in project management. To achieve this objective, the following tasks have been set: analyze the essence and approaches to studying leadership competencies, examine modern models of these competencies, diagnose the company's maturity in project management, analyze the level of leadership competencies among employees, and evaluate their impact on organizational competence. The object of study is ООО "Kamsky Kabel," and the subject of the research is the impact of leadership competencies on increasing the company's organizational competence in project management. The analysis employed surveys, statistical analysis, and qualitative data analysis. The expected results of the research include a diagnosis of organizational competence in project management and an assessment of the impact of leadership competencies on this process. Leadership competencies represent a key element of successful management, the ability to act as a role model for the team, make important decisions, and solve problems. In the context of modern organizations, the 360-degree feedback model is becoming a powerful tool for assessing leadership competencies and improving effectiveness in project management. The research is planned to be conducted using a leading company in the cable product manufacturing industry as a case study, which will allow identifying the features of project management in this industry and proposing practical recommendations for improving leadership competencies. The research results can contribute to increasing project management efficiency and overall organizational productivity, as well as enhancing the company's competitiveness in the market.
