Development of a New Business Area of the Organization

The aim of this project paper is to solve major motorcycle distributor’s seasonality problem by development of a new extreme winter sports sphere. The theoretical procedure and practical techniques involved in the product launch are thoroughly analyzed in the study. The development of a new sphere requires joining new markets and fostering new paths by combining past experience in motocross retail business with a new approach to winter sports. To comprehend the expanding to a new market, the literature study part looks at market characteristics, business planning, risk management, and marketing procedures. The business canvas, marketing strategy, and competition analysis are all included in the market analysis component. The expenditures and planned investments for introducing updated product line up to suit winter demand are described in the project section. The literature review section explores market features, business planning, marketing techniques and descriptions of related major winter sport events to cover diverse knowledge for deep understanding of motivation for recent trends at winter sports. The market analysis section contains the business canvas, marketing strategy and competitive analysis. The project section provides an in-depth analysis of the expenditures and projected investments related to development of a new sphere of business. Winter sports have always been popular among Russians. Moreover, it is clear that extreme sports attends diverse audiences. The winter season in Russia is busy with enthusiasts from different regions are attracted by winter resorts and sports events, which open great opportunities for coworking to create unique marketing strategies and exclusive services and products. In conclusion, development of a new sphere is a challenging process, but winter extreme sports provide opportunities to attract new customers by expanding the lineup with winter oriented goods. The results illustrate the importance of smart pricing, focusing on new client categories and taking advantage of openings. This study contributes to the field of management and marketing research and offers useful information for companies looking to launch new goods in competitive marketplaces.
