This final qualifying paper examines methods and models aimed at improving the efficiency of transport and logistics companies. The relevance of the study is driven by the development of technologies and the need to optimize logistics processes in the modern market conditions. The object of the study is a transport and logistics company, and the subject is the improvement of logistics processes efficiency. The goal of the paper is to analyze the activities of a transport and logistics company and to develop recommendations for enhancing its operations. The study includes an analysis of the structure of the logistics services market, an examination of the activities of transport and logistics companies, proposed methods for improving logistics functions, and an assessment of the effectiveness of the proposed measures using a specific company as an example.
