Topic: "PSYCHOANALYTIC ASPECTS OF THE CREATION AND INTERACTION OF BUSINESS PARTNERS." The volume of the qualification work is 212 pages. When writing the work, 54 sources were used, including both classical and modern publications of the studied issues. Keywords: business partnership, family-parent scenarios, psychoanalytic approach, interaction in partnership, groups, group dynamics, equal cooperation, psychological factors, values, conflicts in partnership. The object of the research when writing the work was business partnerships. The subject of the study was psychological factors and processes affecting their functioning. The thesis includes an introduction, 2 chapters, a final conclusion, a list of references, and appendices. The relevance of the work is due to the need for a deeper study of the psychological aspects of the creation and interaction of business partnerships, which will allow understanding and shaping the internal environment of interaction between entrepreneurs. The introduction reveals the relevance of the study of the psychological nature of the phenomenon of business partnership, including the motives that encourage entrepreneurs to choose this path, the criteria for selecting business partners, the specifics of the emerging relationships and their difficulties, as well as the influence of the psychological climate in partnership on the effectiveness of joint business, in order to develop recommendations from psychoanalytic business consultants on building partnership. The first chapter provides a deep theoretical analysis of the psychological factors that determine the creation and functioning of business partnerships, including the influence of family-parent scenarios and childhood experiences of the participants on their relationships, the study of social motives for entering into a partnership, as well as the consideration of the psychological readiness of an individual to cooperate in a group, which allows us to form a holistic understanding of the psychological nature of this phenomenon. The second chapter of the work is devoted to the empirical study of the psychoanalytic aspects of the creation and interaction of business partners. It presents a developed research procedure, including questionnaires and projective techniques. The biographical and career trajectories of the business partners were analyzed, and the influence of their past partnership experience on current relationships was studied. In addition, the chapter reflects the attitude of the entrepreneurs to their business partners and to the partnership in general. The results obtained formed the basis for conclusions and recommendations on improving the quality of communication between the business partners. The conclusions confirm the influence of family-parental scenarios and childhood experiences of the participants on their behavior patterns in business partnerships. The motives for entering into a partnership can be both rational and irrational, related to unconscious needs. It has been established that group dynamics and value orientations of the partners have a significant impact on the effectiveness of interaction in business partnerships. The end of a partnership is accompanied by an experience of loss and requires reflection and elaboration of the emotional experiences of the participants. Thus, the conducted research made it possible to identify the key psychological factors influencing the creation and functioning of business partnerships.
