Outsourcing has become an important strategic tool for modern enterprises seeking to improve their efficiency and competitiveness. The rationale for making a decision on outsourcing includes strategic and economic analyses that determine the feasibility of the choice. The main reasons for switching to outsourcing are the desire to reduce costs, improve the quality of services, access to advanced technologies and specialized knowledge, as well as the ability to focus on the core competencies of the company. In the context of globalization and rapidly changing economic environment, outsourcing allows enterprises to respond flexibly to market changes, reducing operational risks and providing more efficient management of resources. Thus, the decision to outsource becomes a reasonable step towards sustainable development and long-term success of the company.
