Development of Recommendations to Improve the Efficiency of Enterprise Logistics Processes

This work is devoted to the development of recommendations for improving the efficiency of logistics processes in a manufacturing enterprise. The relevance of the topic is due to the need to improve logistics in modern conditions, which allows companies to increase the competitiveness and efficiency of their activities. It includes the theoretical aspects of logistics, its role and importance for companies. The basic principles, functions and methods of organizing logistic functions are investigated. Special attention is paid to the optimization of logistics costs, inventory management and warehouse logistics. Based on the study of the activities of the enterprise, an assessment of the effectiveness of its logistics processes is given. Problems in the organization of logistics and the main areas of improvement have been identified. Moreover, practical recommendations were developed to improve the efficiency of the company's logistics functions. Recommendations on optimization of warehouse logistics, inventory management systems, as well as methods for selecting suppliers are proposed. The implementation of the developed recommendations will allow the company to reduce logistics costs, improve the quality of customer service, improve the functioning of all elements of the logistics chain, which ultimately will ensure an increase in the efficiency of the organization.
