The organization of multimodal transportation is one of the most complex operations in the field of supply chain management, which requires maximum attention when working with data and parameters on which delivery efficiency depends. The procedure for agreeing with the client within the framework of a formal agreement requires the logistics company to be precise in the execution of the actions and terms of this agreement, the most important points of which are the declared cost of transportation and the timing of direct transportation, the client should first of all benefit from interacting with the forwarding company, and the company is primarily obliged to make every effort to keep the client in its own database by providing the best conditions and proving high-quality results in practice. Logistics is a field of science that is based on the fundamentals of material flow management, studies the planning and coordination of supply chains, monitors the control and quality of the transported goods and cargo, using the analysis of information data in order to maximize financial profit, from the desired point to the final one, taking into account the parameters of the efficiency of the transportation being implemented. The modern logistics market is saturated with various companies offering a variety of services, but success in the market requires not only high-quality services, but also effective management and optimization of processes.
