It is important for developers to monitor the status of their program. To achieve this goal, a variety of tools are used at different stages of the software development and maintenance process. One crucial tool is the monitoring and alerting system, which allows developers to closely track the behavior of their software while it is running. This thesis aims to develop a real-time alerting system. Such systems play a crucial role in ensuring operational monitoring and notifying possible issues or events that need attention. The study discusses the fundamental principles of alert systems, data processing techniques, and notification transmission methods. A comparative evaluation of existing alert solutions is also conducted, leading to the proposal of a proprietary solution that offers high speed and reliability. The developed system allows for quick response to changes in real-time, ensuring alerts are received within 100 milliseconds or less, making it a valuable tool for ensuring the security and stability of diverse systems and services.
