The music industry is continuously evolving due to technological advancements, driving increased demand for platforms that facilitate collaboration and provide access to high-quality beats, particularly among independent artists seeking assistance in track creation. Despite this demand, the Russian market remains largely untapped following the cessation of international transactions. Developing a reliable platform for music content exchange and collaboration is crucial, even though some competitors exist. Statistics estimate the Russian music industry market size at approximately 3 trillion rubles. With existing platforms seeing around 154,000 monthly visits, and an average transaction value of 3,000 rubles per visit, the revenue potential remains substantial compared to the overall market volume. In this context, Soundmarket aims to bridge the gap between the evolving needs of independent artists and the availability of high-quality beats, addressing the rising costs of equipment and instruments through collaborative efforts within the industry. This business plan outlines the strategy for launching and operating Soundmarket, a digital marketplace designed to connect beat makers with musicians and content creators, fostering a cooperative environment. The platform's unique selling point is its seamless process for exploring, purchasing, and selling musical content, combined with collaboration features that mitigate the risks posed by the return of global companies. Moreover, the MVP has already demonstrated the viability of the idea, showing potential for reinvestment within less than a year. The plan includes a market analysis, competitive landscape, marketing strategy, operational details, and financial analyses. It outlines a coherent strategy for launching and promoting both the platform and the MVP. By focusing on innovation, user experience, and industry collaboration, Soundmarket aims to disrupt the music production industry and become a leading platform for beat commerce.
