Automation is an integral part of progress these days. People are increasingly beginning to rely on automation, which is designed to save people from routine work. A good practice for covering such a need is the practice of being on duty. The AB Advertising Experiments team at Yandex is one of the teams that needs support to regularly solve user problems. Our duty consists of many tasks for which 2 people were allocated weekly and in this report I will tell you how I managed to reduce this number to 0.5 people per week.
