Development of a Cross-Cultural Adaptation Program for Medical Organizations Employees

This work was aimed at developing a programme for the adaptation of employees of a medical organisation in a cross-cultural context. In the theoretical part, the concepts of employee adaptation were considered, and the main concepts relevant to the cross-cultural context and the peculiarities of employee adaptation in the presence of cultural differences between colleagues, as well as in the presence of cultural differences between employees and clients of the enterprise were highlighted. As a result of the work, an adaptation programme was developed and implemented. The duration of this programme was six months. The programme proved its effectiveness and feasibility and can be used as a constructor for application in various enterprises with cross-cultural contexts
