The topic of the graduate work is «Psychological barriers and problems of delegation of authority for small business entrepreneurs on the example of company X». The work was conducted in the form of a project commissioned by the company. The first part discusses the phenomenon of delegation of authority by managers, as well as analyses the psychological barriers and problems that entrepreneurs may face. The article describes the principles, models, and approaches to delegation of authority by managers, which serve as the basis for the second part of the work as requested by Company X. Within the scope of the study, research on psychological problems related to delegation in business was analysed, and interviews with heads of different companies were conducted. The relevance of the work is emphasised by the fact that entrepreneurs, when establishing a company and assembling a team of employees, often overlook the establishment of clear business processes and management structures. This leads to uncertainty regarding roles and responsibilities, inefficient communication, and a lack of work standards, all of which negatively impact business performance and the psychological atmosphere within the company. The structure of the project work includes its problem statement, objectives, tasks, object, and subject. The work consists of two chapters: theoretical and empirical, each further divided into sections. The total length of the work is 93 pages.
