In the modern world, where globalization is reaching its peak and competition in service markets is growing rapidly, designing efficient and reliable supply chains is becoming one of the decisive factors on the path to the successful functioning of an enterprise's business processes. The relevance of this topic is due not only to the challenges that logistics has faced in the last few years, but also to the growth of the global economy as a whole, constant changes in external conditions and requirements in the field of transport logistics. Increasing competition forces companies to reduce costs through logistics tools and methods.
