Development of the Training Programme for Onboarding New Employees on the Example of Company "X"

In the modern world, characterized by rapid changes, high competition and globalization, the topic of adaptation is becoming particularly relevant, therefore, the choice of the topic of the master's thesis was the development of training on adaptation of employees of the company H. As part of our work , we studied the concept of adaptation in an organization , the stages of adaptation and their features , the importance of adaptation for the organization , and the psychological problems of employee adaptation . Several models of employee adaptation in the organization were analyzed. As part of the second chapter, an analysis of adaptation practices in company X. The third chapter was devoted to the development and practical implementation of the developed training. As part of the work done, it was possible not only to become more familiar with the topic of employee adaptation, but also to develop and test the training. Based on the good results and feedback, the company is going to make the training part of its adaptation system.
