Improving Efficiency of Logistics Processes of the Manufacturing Enterprise

Due to rapidly changing consumer behavior, as well as the growth of production in Russia, manufacturing companies face certain problems that prevent companies from prospering. The use of logistics helps to build business processes, as well as to manage and improve them. The paper describes the importance of the application of logistics in the production enterprise, the principles of production processes, as well as ways to assess their effectiveness. The third chapter describes and analyzes the logistics processes of the production enterprise «Glavsnabservice», as well as presents recommendations for improving these processes and assesses the impact of the proposed measures on the company's activities.
