In case of dynamically developing market environment, the IT service industry' competition is constantly increasing, and the successful design and implementation of innovation products is becoming a key factor in achieving commercial benefits and meeting customer needs. The company' success is determined not only by its ability to recognize and understand the innovation process and relevant customers, but also by fast response to market priorities andd needs' changes and as well as the amount of time spent on executing business processes related to the IT' developments. Thus, it becomes extremely important to maintain the relevance of IT solutions, high-level interaction with customers and the number of intermediate administrative tasks that affect the speed of development and project timelines for modern companies. In this context, Agile methodologies are becoming increasingly popular and important. The Agile' variability and versatility provides researchers and analysts with an iterative approach to more adaprable and flexible IT project management and the customer-centric business' products, that can become a significant advantage in the market. This study evaluates the effectiveness of implementing Agile Project Management in a B2B IT service company' structure. Several analytics metrics are used and a statistical study of the Russian market is conducted to determine the level of Agile maturity of companies depending on various business factors.
