Development of a Coaching Program for Creative Industries Leaders to Overcome the Mid-Life Crisis

The relevance of the study is due to the need to develop effective methods of support and development of creative industries leaders facing a midlife crisis. The period can become a trigger for the development of professional burnout, decrease in creative activity and personal crises, which affects not only personal life, but also the effectiveness of professional activity. The object of the study is creative industries leaders experiencing a midlife crisis. Subject of the study - coaching methods and approaches aimed at overcoming the midlife crisis and developing personal and professional competencies. The purpose of the study is to develop and validate a coaching program to overcome the midlife crisis among leaders in the creative industries. The novelty of the study lies in the adaptation of existing coaching approaches to the specifics of the midlife crisis among leaders in the creative industries with a focus on stimulating emotional intelligence and creativity. The program was piloted on two participants, providing initial data on its effectiveness. Results showed improvements in self-perception, stress levels, self-regulation and professional engagement after coaching.
