This paper addresses a challenge presented by WN Media Group - desire to gain recognition and become a valuable player in the AI event space. Our analysis revealed a critical gap – the lack of a human-oriented content approach. To address this, a comprehensive content strategy was developed for WN Media Group's social media presence. The strategy incorporates competitor analysis, refined target audience personas, and a platform-specific tone of voice tailored to each network's user base. Additionally, content tables outlining content types and purposes were created for different social media platforms. Furthermore, a rubricator and post examples are included to guide content creation. The positive impact of this strategy extends beyond WN Media Group. The humanization trend is gaining traction in successful companies' content strategies, but its implementation in event organizer content remains limited. Therefore, the tools and approaches described in this work offer a competitive advantage for event organizers by providing a framework for implementing a human-oriented social media content strategy.
