Improving the Recruiting and Adaptation Model in the Company

This master's thesis is devoted to improving the model of recruitment and adaptation in the company. The relevance of this research lies in the shift of companies' work focus to work with personnel, with their competences and personality. It is these business processes that allow to work closely on these aspects from the very beginning of interaction with the external market and up to the realization of tasks by the employee in the company. The question of how companies from different spheres with different focus to build effectively will never cease to exist. The study was conducted in the limited liability company «Kairos Engineering», employees of different grades were included in the sample. In this work such methods as theoretical and methodological analysis of scientific literature, in-depth interview, business modeling were used. As a result of the study, an optimized recruitment model was developed and an adaptation model was formed, with the outline of measures for their implementation. The first results from the work are also presented in the thesis. This work has practical applications for the implementation of similar changes in the HR business process in the engineering sector and other companies.
