Improving the Onboarding Process in the Kazan Express Marketing Department Based on BPM

In the context of the rapid development of trading platforms, and in particular KazanExpress, the continuous operation of various departments of the company has become a serious problem. Marketing is an important component of a company's business, as it serves as a means of creating value, retaining customers and promoting products. However, the company also faces challenges that may hinder its rapid and efficient growth. One of these problems is the need to spend a large amount of financial and time resources on adapting new employees. The purpose of this work is to modernize and optimize the onboarding process by implementing a CRM system. It will be achieved through a number of measures, including an analysis of the external environment, the current activities of the company, its processes using the BPM concept, finding bottlenecks and improving them by selecting a modern and suitable IT solution for the identified criteria.
