Green infrastructure plays an important role for the liveability of cities. Its functions can be divided into three types: environmental, social and economic. Green infrastructure helps to reduce temperatures in the city, purify the air, reduce noise, create conditions for people to interact with each other, for physical activity, and has a beneficial effect on people's psychological health. The proximity of green infrastructure affects the growth of housing and land prices, a developed network of green spaces is able to attract tourists, foreign investment, and businesses: this leads to an increase in tax revenues to the city budget. The study assessed the accessibility of green infrastructure within a 15-minute walk and car ride. Based on this information and the urban landscape surrounding the projects of integrated territoral development (ITD), it was possible to identify 4 types of ITD projects in terms of the potential level of comfort of living. 16 projects are estimated to be the most comfortable for future living. The hypothesis that the former industrial zones are located at a distance from green spaces was also tested.
