The purpose of this work is to develop a business plan for the launch and development of an AdTech startup on the Telegram platform. The work carried out market research, developed a business model and development strategy for the startup, and carried out economic modeling of the pilot project. To create a financial model, statistical data was collected from two samples containing information on the results of 5,500 and 19,058 projects of similar focus. The data was obtained by web-parsing the websites of analytical agencies and analyzed to identify the average indicators of projects on the topics of Telegram channels, as well as a number of patterns in the factors of project development. Based on the collected data, financial and simulation models were built for launching one project or a portfolio of such projects, and recommendations for launching these projects were formed. The work contains 82 pages, 3 chapters, 17 figures, 12 tables, 56 sources.
