Organizational and Financial Modelling of the Transport Logistics Project

The relevance of this paper lies in the constant development of markets, the growing intensity of competition and the demand for independence of large companies from external factors. In this connection, companies face the following questions: how to increase the reliability of the formed supply chains, how to increase their own market share and increase their income. This work provides a solution in all directions at once and represents a plan to open a multifunctional logistics center in a new region for the target company - Primorsky Krai. The work uses statistical data, data from open sources, articles and scientific literature. The paper is 80 pages long and consists of three main chapters: The first one introduces the concepts of "logistics" and "project", thus creating a certain framework and vector for further research. It also discusses the main tools that are applicable for solving the tasks The second chapter is devoted to the analysis of the target market, the study of similar projects that are currently operating successfully, and the formation of a general model of the future project with its main components The third chapter consists of the mathematical justification of the project. The empirical basis of the study: geographical location, implementation time, financial indicators of the market and the cost of individual resources The work also includes: 26 figures 13 tables The purpose of the work was to develop and analyze the model of transport and logistics project. The following tasks were performed: Literature and existing achievements in the field of transport logistics were analyzed The characteristics of the target market were studied Studied the peculiarities of the warehouse design Strategic potential of the target region was evaluated. Main results of the work: Project implementation period - 2 years Payback period of the project - 1 year Initial investment into the project - 60 million rubles Updated transport imbalance coefficient - 0.1
