The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate the complexities of performing the duties of an executive producer in the production of own projects (in the context of separate sets of scenes, as three separate projects, not united by a single dramaturgical line) with a focus on analyzing the aspect of the executive producer's work. The industrial goal of the work is to develop the proof of concept of the projects "Friend's Service", "Mysterious Nature", "Why Do Doves Nod?". In order to fulfill this goal it is necessary to fulfill a number of tasks: To analyze the peculiarities, importance and significance of the work of executive producer in domestic film production; To study multitasking as a fundamental characteristic of the profession of executive producer in film production; To develop techniques for effective project portfolio management; Analyze aspects of the executive producer's work within the production of the audiovisual sequences of the scenes "Friend Service", "Mysterious Nature" and "Why Do Doves Nod?"; To compare the producer's expectations of the projects "Friend Service," "Mysterious Nature," and "Why Do Doves Nod?" with what turned out after the fact; Draw a conclusion regarding the work done. This objective has been proven through a detailed analysis and description of the executive producer's activities in chapters two and three. The peculiarities, importance and significance of the executive producer's work in domestic film production were also analyzed. The author developed a methodology of effective project portfolio management, tips and tools that the author actively uses in practice, revealed their usefulness and significance. In thefinal qualification paper were analyzed aspects of the work of the executive producer in the production of audio-visual sequences of the scenes "Friend Service", "Mysterious Nature" and "Why Do Doves Nod?". In the process of analysis, the author maximally disclosed the preparatory period, relying on supporting documents (estimates, timetable, schedules, call-ins), also described in detail and accurately all the problems faced by the film crew, the reasons why they arose and the ways of solution, which guided the executive producer, solving a particular problem. Based on the research conducted, the following recommendations were proposed: 1. actively utilize analytical techniques to assess risks and opportunities in the early stages of project development. 2. Improving communication between the executive producer and the rest of the team. Effective communication is the foundation of successful project execution. 3. Implementation of a system for tracking and controlling task fulfillment. This will allow for more efficient project management and identification of possible problems at early stages. This paper is a valuable resource for film industry professionals, providing theoretical knowledge and practical recommendations for successful implementation of film projects.
