This study is dedicated to analyzing the sentiment of user reviews on products and services offered by IT companies in the online environment, taking into account the emotional tone. The research aims to identify the sentiment expressed by users, considering various aspects such as verbal expressions, context, irony, amplifying words, language nuances, and cultural context, for a deeper understanding of the emotional response to IT sector products and services. The study employs both automatic sentiment analysis methods and manual analysis to ensure more accurate and comprehensive results. The gathered data will help identify key factors influencing overall sentiment and uncover emotional nuances that might be overlooked by automated analysis algorithms. Our work not only focuses on creating a thorough analysis of user opinions but also envisions practical applications of the results in improving products and services offered by IT companies. Additionally, the research contributes to enhancing automatic sentiment analysis methods, taking into account the emotional context.
