Objective: to identify which processes in Ariadne Thread LLC have the greatest negative impact on staff turnover and loss of motivation among employees and refine them. Tasks: Monitoring the activities of employees of Ariadne's Thread LLC Collection and analysis of the collected qualitative data The study of factors affecting staff turnover and the level of motivation of employees at Ariadne's Thread LLC Identification and optimization of the most problematic processes Comparative analysis of existing scheduler applications Development of a prototype scheduler application with game elements Implementation and development of a motivation system in the application interface Getting feedback from future users and refining the prototype Clear, deeply detailed recommendations for the implementation of the application Results: The main problem at the stage of implementation of the shift program is that counselors have to cope with numerous tasks, experiencing severe lack of sleep. According to the results of observations, the average sleep duration of employees during a shift is 3-4 hours a day. The process of assigning tasks and preparing for the next working day can take from 4.5 to 7 hours. On the third day of the shift, counselors have a significant decrease in concentration and reaction speed. By the middle of the shift, it becomes noticeable that the mood of cheerful and hyperactive counselors, who are ready to work hard day and night, is changing. They become more irritable and emotional, it is easier for them to upset employees, and even small difficulties become a “tragedy". Employees begin to experience stress, which negatively affects the relationship in the team. Conflicts arise out of the blue, which could have been avoided with a more favorable physical condition. The situation is complicated by the fast pace of life in the camp and the large number of sources of information that must be carefully monitored for the successful completion of all tasks during the day. Due to the existence of 4 different telegram chats, Google docs and information handwritten by tired counselors at night meetings in paper teaching diaries, important information is lost. Considerable time and effort are spent on tasks that could be performed more efficiently and with less workload on employees. Among all the processes associated with negative emotions in consultants, we have identified processes that can be significantly optimized: Night meetings Taking a shower Communication in the telegram channel Calculation of wages and the premium part of wages Rewarding employees for their initiative Recommendations: Implement a scheduler application with game elements into the work of the camp. This service will simplify and speed up the task allocation process, receive information about schedule changes in real time, thereby freeing up time for sleep. The scheduler will also solve the problem of workload imbalance, remind you about the task in time, minimize the number of errors associated with loss of information, normalize reporting on work done, which in turn will affect the timeliness of employee rewards for work.
