The second chapter presents the hedge fund's business plan, which includes the development of a business model, marketing strategy and financial model. The optimal organizational and legal forms of the fund have been determined, options for the structure and interaction with counterparties have been proposed, including the Ashika Group prime broker and the development of an agency network for secure capital transactions in the international financial system. Attention is also paid to the marketing strategy aimed at brand formation, digital presence and participation in investment events. The third chapter is devoted to risk management and investment decision-making. The methods of risk assessment and control, the use of hedging strategies, as well as innovative approaches in hedge fund management, including the use of blockchain and smart contracts to create agency companies such as Series LLC, which provide confidentiality and flexibility of asset management, are considered. The results of this dissertation can be useful to both business representatives and representatives of the academic environment, since on their basis managers can use the proposed methods and approaches to develop their own business plans, adapting them to the specific conditions and goals of their funds.
