The Application of Dramaturgical Techniques in Working with the Creative Potential of Clients in the Business Sphere This work is dedicated to the design and testing of a training program aimed at developing the creative potential of clients from the business sphere. The aim of the graduation work is to develop a training program for enhancing the creative potential of clients from the business sphere. The novelty of the thesis lies in the proposed proprietary methodologies, as well as in the application of not only psychological forms and methods of work, but also their combination with dramatic techniques, i.e. the implementation of an interdisciplinary approach. Practical significance. 12 "WriteCinema" trainings were conducted, with a total of 367 participants. A positive dynamic in the development of creative potential among clients from the business environment was identified and recorded. This was reflected in the development of qualities characterizing the creative potential of clients from the business sphere, as well as in their self-perception, career advancement, and receiving new opportunities. This methodology can be applied and used by business psychologists to support business clients in addressing issues related to the development of creative potential. 12 groups were assembled for the training sessions. The trainings were conducted, with 4 of them specifically carried out as part of the work on the master's thesis. The relevance and demand for this training were confirmed by its popularity among clients. The results were collected through self-assessment and surveys, processed, and a positive dynamic in the development of creative potential among clients from the business sphere was identified.
