The Effect of Aging on the Expression of LDLR and LPA Genes of a Liver Model Based on HepG2 Cells

The work is devoted to the study of the reproductive genetics market in the world and in Russia. The purpose of this work is to identify the mechanisms of functioning of the Russian market, its drivers and trends in the development of the market, namely its two segments of NIPT and PGT, for the next 5 years. The scientific and practical significance of the final qualification work consists in identifying the factors and their strengths that affect the market volume in Russia in the NIPT and PGT segments. The conclusions drawn from the study will be important in the development of new directions for the development and implementation of business projects in the field of medical services, in the organizational and economic planning of clinical diagnostic laboratories with a focus on reproductive genetics, in the development of methodologies for the modernization of screening in the field of prenatal diagnostics in Russia. In the experimental part of the work, PESTLE analysis and multivariate correlation and regression modeling were carried out to predict the market. Based on the PESTLE analysis, the main factors that can influence the market volume are identified. Based on correlation and regression analysis, the most statistically significant factors were determined and mathematical models for market forecasting were obtained. An economic interpretation of the obtained research results is also given.
