The relevance of the topic of increasing the efficiency of the logistics functions of the enterprise cannot be overestimated. In today's world, all leading companies strive to optimize their logistics in the best way. Due to the continuing relevance of this area, I chose the topic "Improving the efficiency of performing logistics functions on the example of the Northern Capital Air Gate LLC", on which the final qualification work was written. The work itself, or the study, consists of three main sections: 1. Theory of logistic functions and methods of their optimization 2. Analysis of the activities of LLC "Air Gates of the northern capital" 3. Development of recommendations for improving the warehouse storage and document management system in the company "Air Gates of the Northern capital". Each topic was studied using literary sources and online information resources of both Russian and foreign authors. The study raises the importance of the role of stocks and forecasting in logistics; distribution of insurance stock; evaluation, selection and implementation of an information system. Also, it is important to present an analysis of logistics processes related to procurement activities. The third chapter consists in the practical application of the acquired skills and knowledge, and includes the formulation of the problems of the analyzed company and the application of the described methods and tools in order to solve the problems posed, which includes numerous calculations, including in third-party programs. After the calculations and description of the obvious benefits of using the described methods, a system of recommendations is provided, adhering to which the company will be able to increase the efficiency of its processes. At the end of the work, the importance and relevance of the topic and the problems described in the study are once again emphasized, and a list of references is provided.
