Elaboration of Communication Development Program in a Non-Profit Organization

Key words: NCOs, constructive communications, constructive communications development program. Master's thesis consists of introduction, main part (two chapters), conclusion and 3 appendices. Relevance of the work - business psychologists conducted work with a real request from the management of a non-profit organization to change communication in the team and work with business processes. Scientific novelty of the dissertation lies in the creation of a unique program for the development of internal communications at the request of NPO. It takes into account the specifics of the activity of this type of organizations, as well as in the application of modern methods and approaches of business psychology to optimize communications within the team and improve the performance of the organization as a whole. It also contributes to the achievement of personal and group (organizational) goals of its employees. To achieve the goal, the following tasks were formulated and carried out: to analyze the theoretical basis regarding the topic of constructive communications, to consider the importance of communications for NCOs, to conduct a diagnosis of ANO "CFGC", to develop and test the program for the development of communications in NCOs on the example of ANO "CFGC", to analyze the results of the program and evaluate its effectiveness. In the process of solving the set tasks the following conclusions were made: 1. Constructive communications require constant support and monitoring by specialists in the field of business psychology, as such specialists are aware of management processes, as well as psychological aspects of each team member, and the team as a whole. 2 Business psychologists need to take into account not only group processes but also individual processes when conducting programs to promote communication in organizations, especially non-profit organizations. Drawing conclusions about the practical applicability of the dissertation work it can be assumed that the obtained material can be used as a guide to building constructive communications in non-profit organizations. The master's thesis is outlined on 82 pages and includes 4 tables, 8 figures, 37 literary sources.
