Creative industries are developing more and more every year, thereby not only popularizing the creative field of activity, but also increasing their contribution to the country's economy. Creative clusters are also developing as an important part of the creative industries. Creative clusters bring together many different types of residents who need to be managed competently for further development. The gastronomic sector is one of the resident groups in creative spaces. The gastronomic sector is one of the tools for commercializing the cluster, as well as creating an ecosystem. The aim of the study is to study the interaction between the gastronomic sector and other groups of stakeholders of creative clusters in St. Petersburg. During the study, a qualitative research method was used, which includes the analysis of social networks of creative clusters, the analysis of visitors' feedback about clusters, as well as conducting and thematic analysis of interviews. The results of the study allowed us to identify several theoretical concepts for managing the interaction of the gastronomic cluster with other stakeholders. The results of the study are theoretical and practical contributions. The developed theoretical concepts make it possible to supplement and concretize the already existing theories of Edward Freeman and Michael Porter. Moreover, the developed concepts will allow cluster managers to most effectively manage the interaction between gastronomic residents and other stakeholders.
