Professional Burnout and Ways of Overcoming It in Self-Publishing Writers

The dissertation is devoted to the study of professional burnout in self-published writers. The aim of the work was to develop practical recommendations and methods to prevent burnout in writers. In order to achieve this goal, the following tasks were accomplished in the course of the work: conducting a complete analysis of the literature on the issues of professional burnout research, analyzing scientific research and publications about burnout, studying psychological and sociological aspects of burnout in self-published writers, conducting a survey of self-published writers, conducting an interview with the author of the marathon “How to write and not burn out”, developing recommendations for preventing burnout of writers in the field of online literature. This research is of practical importance for self-published writers, as well as for specialists in the field of psychology and cultural studies working with creative individuals. Based on the obtained data and analysis, it is possible to develop recommendations for the prevention and treatment of professional burnout, which can help self-published writers to preserve their creative energy and inspiration. The practical significance of the study lies in the development of recommendations for organizations and individual writers aimed at reducing the level of professional burnout. Implementation of the proposed measures can contribute to the creation of a more sustainable and productive working environment in the field of self-publishing.
